최근 당사 자체제작 디자인을 카피한 상품들이 판매되고 있다는 제보를 받았습니다.

폴웨어 디자인 카피 외에도 상세페이지 디자인부터 로고만 따로 포토샵하여 그대로 사용하시는 분까지 다양하게 카피를 하고 있는 실정입니다.

해당 카피 제품들은 중국에서 생산되어 현지 오픈마켓을 중심으로 국내 오픈마켓에도 유통되고 있습니다.

저희 켈리스포츠는 자사몰, 스마트스토어, 쿠팡을 제외한 플랫폼에 판매를 하고 있지 않으며 ( 해외구매의 경우, 도매업체 제외 ),

그 외 플랫폼이나 판매처에서 켈리스포츠 상품을 발견하신다면 저희 측으로 신고해 주시면 감사드리겠습니다.

당사의 모든 디자인과 이미지를 허락없이 카피하거나 이용 또는 도용할 경우 저작권 침해에 해당되며

디자인권자 권리침해에 대한 손해배상청구 및 침해죄 형사소송이 있을 수 있습니다.

이 글을 읽고 계신 분들 중에 저희 이미지들을 도용하여 판매하는 셀러분이 계시다면 엄중한 경고의 말씀을 드립니다.

Recently, we received a report that products that copied our own design are being sold.

In addition to the copy of the Polewear design, we are making a variety of copies from detailed page designs to those who use the logo separately.

The copy products are produced in China and distributed in the domestic open market, centering on the local open market.

We do not sell Kelly Sports on platforms other than our malls, smart stores, and Coupang (excluding wholesalers for overseas purchases), 

and if you find Kelly Sports products on other platforms or outlets, we would appreciate it if you could report them to us

If all our designs and images are copied, used, or stolen without permission, it is a copyright infringement, 

and there may be a claim for damages for infringement of the rights of the design holder and a criminal lawsuit for infringement.

If any of you who are reading this are sellers who steal and sell our images, I am giving you a stern warning.
